| Narrative Description of Project: AEPC is executing the Renewable Energy Sector Support (RESS) program with support from the Neatherland Government Organization (SNV) and the German Development Bank 9kfw) since 2005. Under the RESS, HuRENDEC is supporting AEPC to implement the RETPP in Kalikot and neighbor districts. The program intend to establish s sustainable provate renewable energy technology (RET) promotion center to provide renewable energy services in the Karnali region. | ||
| Objectives of the Project: The objective of the project was to promote renewable energy technologies and make renewable perspective plan (REPP). | ||
| Major Achievement: One private REs technology promotion centre was established in Kalikot district.District energy perspective plan was prepared in DDC Kalikot,installed 9 KW picho-hydro in Kalikot5 Huller plan in Kalikot and Mugu district,32 bio-gas plants in Kalikot, Jumla and Dailekh districtscompleted 43 schools with REs technology in Jumla, Mugu Dailekh and Kalikot,491 IWM in installed in Kalikot and Mugu districts and649 ICS in Kalikot and Dailekh districts | ||
